Order Processing

Each piece is custom-embroidered with care. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for initial order processing. The fulfillment process, which includes embroidery, quality checks and packaging, can take up to 7 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may be longer.


Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@charlottest.com. Once production begins, changes may not be possible, as each piece is made to order.


Product Issues & Support

We want every piece to feel right in your home. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@charlottest.com. Kindly provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

We are proud to offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor its progress.


Crafted from organic cotton, each piece is designed for longevity. Wash separately before first use, machine wash cold with like colours and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and opt for gentle, earth-friendly detergents.
